POSTURAL ADVICE

We assess your posture paying attention to your seating and work stations so as to reduce the risk of developing injuries.

This can be done through postural correction, muscle retraining and the implementation of ergonomic labour saving ergonomic aids.

Poor foot mechanics, the lack of arches and inflexibility can alter your walking and running patterns, which can create a repetitive strain on the lower back, knees and hips. Simple foot orthotics can correct this, reduce load and relieve pain.
